Why U-Flourish is important to Devika:

U-Flourish meaningfully connects what students are experiencing with the supports that the university develops. It is an initiative on campus that listens to students in a systematic, research-based manner through the bi-annual surveys, turning those findings into accessible supports. The transition into first year can be overwhelming and U-Flourish recognizes that well-being looks different for students navigating diverse challenges. By providing students with a platform to voice their concerns early on, U-Flourish helps cultivate a space that empowers student success and well-being. I’m grateful to work alongside fellow students, faculty, and researchers to reach more students build a healthier campus community.
