The Arts and Science Faculty Office is physically divided into four spaces, with personnel grouped by their main area of responsibility. Most offices are located in Mackintosh-Corry Hall. The Advancement Office is located at 140 Stuart Street, across from Adelaide Hall.
Located in F300, Mackintosh-Corry Hall. It houses the offices of the Dean and Associate Deans, and administrative staff who deal primarily with departments and members of faculty.
Located in F200, Mackintosh-Corry. Students come to the office for academic counselling and answers to academic-related questions: about degree programs, requirements for dual degrees, letters of permission to take courses at other universities, appeals, etc. The two Associate Deans (Studies) are located here as well.
Located in F100, Mackintosh-Corry Hall. Arts and Science is the only faculty at Queen's that enables students to take courses by distance.
Located at 140 Stuart Street, across from Adelaide Hall. There are four Arts and Science Development Officers and a Faculty Project Assistant working to maximize financial support for the Faculty.
