All changes to departmental curriculum must be made by submitting a proposal to the Faculty Curriculum Committee for approval. This includes new course additions, course deletions and course revisions as well as Degree Plan introductions, deletions or revisions.
Proposals are to be submitted using the new online curriculum submission application ONLY (to be accessed by Department Representatives only using the username and password supplied in an email).

The deadline for submissions to the Curriculum Committee is 22 October 2012.

Exceptions to the core, option or supporting credits in an academic Plan may be made on occasional instances where a student has undertaken an unusual pathway towards the completion of the Plan. Read the following document with instructions on what information should be submitted to request an exception.
Queries (reports) are currently available to Arts and Science Departments in PeopleSoft in folder "ASC". Queries are being developed and refined on an ongoing basis. The latest documentation for these queries is linked from Arts and Science Quick Facts and Statistics.
