The Distinguished Service Award reception was hosted recently at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts, with Principal Patrick Deane presenting the awards to each of this year’s six recipients.

Receiving the awards were:

• Anita Lister
• Elspeth Murray
• Brenda Reed
• Colette Steer

Inaugurated by the University Council Executive Committee in 1974, the Distinguished Service Award recognizes individuals who have made the university a better place through their exemplary service and extraordinary contributions. Recipients are selected by the University Council Executive Committee.
