Thrive

Since 2015, Queen’s has been thriving together. Thrive is an initiative that aims to build positive mental health and wellness across the university through discussion, learning, skill development, and resource sharing. With dozens of events and learning opportunities offered annually to staff, faculty, and students, Thrive continues to grow and expand.

Employees can visit the HR Intranet for more information about Thrive.

Compassion in Action Campaign

Part of Thrive Week 2023, the Compassion in Action Campaign aims to promote simple, everyday acts and gestures that demonstration compassion in our lives. Take time to share how you demonstrate compassion by downloading a Compassion in Action poster and sharing your message. Posters can be shared digitally within teams or displayed in team spaces, where permitted. To print posters, be sure to save and print as a PDF file. More information about Thrive is available on the HR Intranet
