Before you come in, CALL FIRST - Always!
If you are having a computer-related problem, call the ITSC first! Many issues can be resolved over the telephone, eliminating the problem quickly and without the inconvenience of having to bring your computer in for servicing. If the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, a referral will be made to the drop-off depot located in Mackintosh-Corry Hall, Rm B205 (on Student Street across from the cafeteria).
The IT Support Centre maintains a phone support line at 613.533.6666. Staff will log your issue information and provide assistance with your issue. If your issue requires more assistance than the 1st Level staff can provide, it will be escalated to our 2nd Level staff. The call centre staff also responds to all submissions from our Online Help Form.
