What's New in IT Services

Teams Breakout Rooms

Teams virtual breakout rooms allow a meeting organizer to break a Team's meeting into smaller, semi-private virtual rooms for focused group discussions, and then attendees can either re-join the main meeting themselves or will be brought back into the main meeting when the organizer closes the breakout rooms.

For more information, visit the Teams Breakout room page.

Multi-Factor Authentication Hardware Tokens

Users who have previously requested a hardware token will receive an email on Monday, February 1, with instructions to verify/update their current mailing address in PeopleSoft MyHR and update the MFA hardware token request form in ServiceNow. Note: hardware tokens are only available for faculty and staff.

To submit a new request, users can complete the Multi-Factor Authentication Hardware Token form in the ServiceNow portal.

Service Page Migration

IT Services is migrating content about our services from the IT Services website to our service request platform, ServiceNow. Try checking out the knowledge base within our service portal by clicking "Browse Services and Support Articles." We anticipate that all service pages will be migrated by summer 2021.
