Mailing Address Policy

Mailings from the University are sent to the students at their @queensu.ca e-mail address whether or not they are registered. Please ensure that your mailing address is kept up-to-date. You may check your address using SOLUS.

How to Change Your Address

Either your written signature or an electronic signature is required to submit a change of address to the University. Address changes must be done in person, by mail, by fax, or on SOLUS (Student On-Line University System).  Please note that changing your address on SOLUS is the preferred and fastest method.

On SOLUS

Go to the MyQueen's portal in order to access SOLUS from your computer.

Once you are logged onto SOLUS,  you can view and update your personal information.

  • 1. Scroll down to the 'Personal Information' section, select 'Addresses' from the dropdown box then click go.

  • 2. Here you can click 'Edit' to update your current address or 'Change a Future Address' to set your address to change sometime in the future.
