The Honourable Bob Rae, MP delivered the annual Donald Gow Memorial Lecture at Queen’s School of Policy Studies, advocating for increased action in support of Aboriginal communities.
Mr. Rae, a former Premier of Ontario and former Interim Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, believes that Canada could have made greater progress in advancing Aboriginal communities. He spoke about a number of missed opportunities, since the 1992 Charlottetown Accord, to institute much-needed reforms.
