Flags on campus remained lowered in memory of Alan (Al) Dale Herrington, a staff member in Physical Plant Services.

Respecting his wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family interment. There will be a Memorial Service at St. Mark's Anglican Church, Barriefield, ON at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 19.

As expressions of sympathy, in honour of his loving and supportive son and wife, donations in his memory can be made to Katarokwi Native Friendship Centre, 50 Hickson Ave., Kingston, ON, K7K 2N6 or the Kingston Humane Society, 1 Binnington Crt. Kingston ON, K7M 8M9 in honour of Ozzy, Luna, and missing Etta.
