Fall Convocation wraps up with honorary degree for former prime minister

The third and final honorary degree of Fall Convocation was conferred upon Joe Clark, a former prime minister of Canada and a long-time and influential politician, during Friday’s ceremony, the eighth and final for 2023.

Overall, the university awarded 13 honorary degrees during Spring and Fall Convocation, with the Queen’s community recognizing people who have made remarkable contributions to the lives of others throughout the world – in academia, business, politics, scientific research, the arts, and more.=
