It was a perfect day for a get-together as thousands of staff and faculty filled Ban Righ Hall for the annual Queen’s Summer BBQ on Friday, June 24.

Many took the opportunity to sit down with friends and colleagues under blue skies or the shade of the trees, while indoors Principal Daniel Woolf thanked all the staff and faculty who helped make the recently-concluded Initiative Campaign a success.

A number of senior administrators served up the meal alongside Queen's Hospitality Services staff, while Principal Woolf cut up a number of cakes made for the occasion.

The event, sponsored by Queen’s Hospitality Services and the Principal's Office, also provided an opportunity for the Queen’s community to donate non-perishable food items to the AMS Food Bank.
