This fund brings Indigenous teaching and learning into classes and programs across the Faculty. The dean directs the support to help Indigenous students, culture, and knowledge thrive at Queen’s.
Guided by this direction and donor generosity, the fund has supported the Elder-in-Residence, curriculum and research initiatives, as well as visits from Indigenous educators and speakers. Gifts also support programs like the Master of Education in World Indigenous Studies in Education and the Indigenous Teacher Education Program.
