Covid-19 Reopening Protocols

As of September 22nd all guests will be asked to provide proof of vaccination; staff will be on hand to verify this.

Your receipt showing 2 valid doses can be downloaded from the government website, we also require photo ID.

Please have this information ready prior to entering the club. Anyone without the appropriate proof will not be eligible to use our facility.

All members and guests entering the club must self-assess/screen the day of the intended visit, either using the Queen’s SeQure app

or the Online Tool

Screening questions will also be situated at the entry doors and must be used if prior assessment/screening has not been carried out.

Contact information will be taken for ALL diners, inside and outside, this will be kept for one month.

Patio diners will be asked to enter by the main door and sign in before making their way to the patio.

Masks must be worn by every person upon entry and in all the common areas of the Club.  They may be taken off only when the food and beverages arrive or if in a private meeting space.

As employees arrive for work, they are required to log in and self assess/screen. In the event of a positive test by a staff member or guest, we will monitor our remaining staff for symptoms. Should any additional symptoms show up, the club will shut down for a minimum of 14 days while staff isolate.

All club members will be notified if this should occur.

Dining reservations are required to make sure our tables are situated appropriately to accommodate spacing from other tables.

Please inform us when reserving if guests need to be spaced from each other so we can use a table of the right size to achieve appropriate distance.

There is no maximum seating capacity at any table, providing you are all approved to be seated together. Larger tables or private rooms can be arranged in advance.

Front of the house servers will wear a mask and safety goggles for their protection.

Table items will be limited and condiments will be provided upon request.

Daily, after hours or early morning, the Club will be cleaned and sanitized throughout.

We will continue to offer take out lunches and we are still permitted to offer wine and beer as a part of this take out service.

We expect that these protocols will be in place for some time, but we will continue to monitor federal, provincial and municipal health alerts and follow best practices for the hospitality industry
