Here you will find information on grades - when they are posted in SOLUS and when they will appear on official documents (such as transcripts). You will also find information when degrees earned will appear on your transcript.
FALL TERM GRADES - January 12th

Degrees conferred in Spring will appear on official transcripts as follows:
Smith School of Business (excluding Commerce),
School of Graduate Studies
|All others||June 1st|
Degrees conferred in Fall will appear on Official Transcripts November 1st
Although grades may appear in the SOLUS Student Center early, they will not print on official transcripts until the date noted above. For students in the Queen's School of English and Continuing Teacher Education, grades will print on your Official Transcript once they have been posted in SOLUS.
NOTE: If you need your transcript released prior to the Fall/Winter term release date, you must get prior approval from your Faculty / School. Arts and Science students should contact the Office of the University Registrar directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you place a transcript order and select 'hold for Grade Posting', orders will be released as per the dates above only if all your grades are in. If grades are missing, you may contact your Department to learn when they may be posted.
If you are graduating in the spring or fall, and require both your final grades and degree on your official transcript, please select the 'Degree Confer Date' ordering option. If you are graduating on May 19th or May 27th, please ensure that your degree status is listed as 'Awarded', then select 'Immediate Processing.'
Please note: In releasing Official Transcripts, a mark of 'IN' is considered a grade, and your transcript will reflect this.
