Transcripts

Policies

The university has a policy that an official transcript is indeed a complete record that includes the extent and quality of all Senate-approved work (academic and continuing education) attempted at the institution. The Senate Committee on Academic development and Procedures reviewed this policy in March 1999, and confirmed  "that each student has only one transcript, so it would be inappropriate to issue only part of the complete record."

Exception: Medical students who have also taken undergraduate and/or graduate coursework at Queen’s University now have the option to request a separate transcript of their work toward their medical degree for uses such as CaRMS.
