THEFT
/ BREAK-IN (PERSONAL PROPERTY):
August 23, 11:29 pm: Student Housing Area - The ERC was
informed a house located near main campus was broken into while the occupants
were inside the home. A laptop computer, cell phone, and some cash was
stolen. Kingston City Police were informed and security improvements
were subsequently added to the house.
THEFT
FROM A VEHICLE:
August 23, 9:35 am: Underground Garage - Campus Security was
informed a vehicle had been broken into.
UNAUTHORIZED
ACTIVITY:
August 16, 12:24 am: Campus - An AMS Walkhome team contacted the ERC to
report seeing individuals enter a construction site on campus. Security
staff attended and observed two males on a crane at the scene - the teens
climbed down from the crane and attempted to elude Security but were
successfully detained until City Police arrived.
The individuals were subsequently issued Notices of Prohibition, banning
them from all University property.
BICYCLE
/ BIKE PARTS THEFT:
August 2, 8:15 pm; Walter Light Hall - A student reported his bicycle was
stolen from the racks located between Walter Light and Goodwin Halls.
