BICYCLE / BIKE PARTS THEFT:

November 26 - 2:20 pm: Dupuis Hall - A student reported his bicycle was stolen sometime the previous day while secured to the bike racks outside. It is a blue Nocera bicycle w. carbon fiber forks.

November 25, 11:09 pm: Dupuis Hall - A student reported his silver/grey Nakamura Grinder bicycle was stolen from where it had been locked to the bike racks at 4:30 pm that day.

November 25, 9:30 pm: Beamish Monroe - A student reported her bluish grey bicycle was stolen from where it had been secured to the bike racks outside sometime since that morning.

November 22, 7:37 pm: Stauffer Library - A student reported his grey Gary Fisher crossover bike was stolen from where it had been secured to the rack outside sometime overnight.

November 20, 2:24 pm: JDUC - A student reported their yellow bicycle was stolen while secured to the bike racks for the previous few days.

November 17, 3:15 pm: Student Housing Area - A student reported her red '09 Norco Scrambler' bicycle ( serial# SA80736003 ) was stolen from where it had been locked up near the corner of Princess & Barrie Streets, some time between 2am and 11:20 am this morning.  A report was also filed with Kingston City Police.

November 14, 2:25 pm: Beamish Monroe Hall - A student reported their blue & red mountain bike was stolen earlier in the week.

November 11, 12:00 pm: Student Housing Area - A student reported his bicycle was stolen while left unlocked from behind his house near main campus.  A report was filed with Kingston Police.

November 3, 11:59 pm: Stauffer Library - A student reported his grey specialized Hard Rock Sport mountain bike was stolen while secured with a chain lock between 9:00 and 11:45 pm.

November 2, 11:54 pm: Stauffer Library - A student reported his dark blue Miele bicycle (w. lights and fenders on front & back) was stolen sometime between 10:15 pm and 11:30 pm while cable locked to the bike racks.

November 2, 5:09 pm: Walter Light Hall - A student reported his black & white Norco Kokanee bicycle (with a computer holder on the handles) was stolen from where it had been cable locked to the bike racks between 2:00 and 3:30 pm that day. A report was also filed with Kingston City Police.

November 1, 3:15 am: Mackintosh Corry Hall - A student reported the tires were stolen off his bicycle while it was secured outside the building.


MISCELLANEOUS:

November 22, 4:45 pm; Mackintosh Corry Hall - A custodian contacted the ERC to report a patch of grass was smoking at the south end of the building. The Security Supervisor attended and lifted that area of grass to discover it had been laid over a steam grate..  Physical Plant Services were informed for follow up.


THEFT (PERSONAL PROPERTY):

November 29, 1:30 am: Residences - A student reported her room was entered while left unlocked and unoccupied and a 13" Macbook laptop computer was stolen from inside.

November 27, 2:00 pm: Stauffer Library - A student reported her purse was stolen while left unattended.

November 20, Residences - Staff report a silver NEC model NP60 data projector (serial# 7700323WH) along with its cables and black carrying bag was stolen earlier this month.

November 20, 2:30 am; Residences - A student reported a laptop computer was stolen from her room while it was left unlocked and unoccupied for about 90 minutes.  It is a silver Macbook with a purple case.

November 19, 11:40 am: Harrison LeCaine Hall - A student reported she and a friend left their backpacks unattended for about 15 minutes while they left the building, and returned to discover one of the backpacks had been stolen.  It was a black w. grey Queen's University knapsack that contained books, a wallet, cell phone, and a Dell laptop computer.

November 10, 7:30 pm: PhysEd Centre - A student reported his white Dell Inspiron laptop computer was stolen while left unattended for a two hour period.

November 4, 4:20 pm: Campus - A student reported he left his laptop computer unattended inside a room for about 15 minutes and returned to find it had been stolen. The computer is a black EuroCom laptop with a silver base.

November 3, 11:10 pm: Campus - A student reported his yellow (w grey) Eddie Bauer backpack was stolen at approximately 10 pm. It contained a black fleece & windbreaker as well as a wallet and keys on a green lanyard.

November 2, 11:05 pm: Macintosh Corry Hall - Campus Security was informed an office was entered sometime between 6:00 pm & 9:00 pm and two laptop computers stolen from inside. A report was also filed with Kingston City Police.

One was described as being a black ASUS computer and the other a Toshiba 300 laptop computer (Item # 10108349 | Serial # UPC 623506019163).

November 1, 3:30 am: Residences - A student reported leaving his room unlocked and unattended for about an hour and returned to discover two laptop computers (a Macbook and a dark blue Dell) had been stolen.


ASSAULT:

November 19, 1:07 am: Alfie's Pub - Campus Security was called to attend the line up to Alfie's Pub where six males reportedly harassed a female student in line, and then assaulted both the female (by pulling her hair) and her friend.  The six males fled the scene before Security arrived.
