Summary The
security Practitioner is the most visible member of the security team.
The Practitioner provides front line security services to the
University Community, in keeping with the Department mandate to promote a
safe and welcoming environment that recognizes and is respectful of the
diverse nature of the Queen’s Community. The
Practitioner reports directly to the Security Supervisor on duty and
assists the Supervisor in dealing with any and all issues of personal
safety and protection of the University property. Candidates
for the position must have a valid Ontario Security Guard License, issued
by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services. Licensing
