Quality Improvement Tool
The Data Presentation Tool (DPT) is a quality improvement tool created by the Canadian Primary Care Sentinel Surveillance Network (CPCSSN).
The DPT provides an overview dashboard, prepared reports, and in-depth, patient-level search capabilities to CPCCSN-registered clinicians.
