Board members sought for CFRC 101.9 FM

CFRC 101.9 FM is seeking applications from Queen's faculty and staff to join the Radio Queen's University's Board of Directors commencing May 2021 for two-year terms. 

Board members contribute their time and energy to provide leadership and commitment to set direction for the delivery of our mission and mandate. 

The board is seeking faculty and staff members with professional skills and expertise that can be drawn upon as required in areas including public relations, marketing, finance, human resources, policy and governance.   

Successful applicants will fill a time commitment of approximately 10 board meetings per year (typically one hour in length) and participate on at least one working committee. Applicants are encouraged to email a CV and brief cover letter outlining their interests in serving and participating in CFRC Radio Queen's University's sustainable growth to the Board Secretary, Dinah Jansen at station@cfrc.ca by March 31, 2021. 

Applications will be reviewed by Radio Queen's University board members in April and all applicants will be notified of board recruitment outcomes by April 30. New board members will be ratified at Radio Queen's University’s AGM later in 2021.
