The Queen’s United Way campaign has raised more than $396,000, reaching 79 per cent of its $500,000 goal.

The largest workplace campaign for the United Way of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, Queen’s contributes significantly to the organization’s annual fundraising efforts. This year, the university’s campaign goal represents more than 10 per cent of the United Way’s community-wide target of $4.25 million.

In 2025, the Queen’s campaign surpassed $500,000 for the first time. That year, the United Way helped nearly 74,000 people across the region through a network of local agencies and programs supporting children, families, seniors, people with disabilities, and those experiencing poverty, homelessness, or violence.

Queen’s staff, faculty, and retirees have helped make the university’s workplace and retiree campaigns the largest in eastern Ontario. With this year’s campaign approaching its goal, there is still time to contribute.

To donate, visit the Queen’s United Way website and follow the instructions. Previous donors enrolled in automatic renewal can also use this link to increase their annual pledge.
