Queen’s University is welcoming the best university rugby athletes in the country to Nixon Field this month as host of the U SPORTS Women’s Rugby Championships and the Canadian University Men’s Rugby Championships (CUMRC).

Both tournaments feature eight of the top university teams in Canada, with Queen’s teams earning automatic entries as hosts. The other entries include representatives from Ontario University Athletics (OUA), Atlantic University Sport (AUS), Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec (RSEQ), and Canada West Universities Athletic Association (CW).

Both the Queen’s teams finished the regular season undefeated with 4-0, and the Women’s team is ranked second in the U SPORTS Top 10 as they prepare for the start of the tournament on Thursday Nov 10. Tournament passes and tickets can be purchased here. The tournament will also be live streamed on CBC Gem and CBCSports.ca.

The Canadian University Men’s Rugby Championship will take place Nov. 24-28. Tournament passes are on sale now.
