About:

The Queen’s Geology Graduate Research Symposium celebrates the innovative work of our graduate students and postdoctoral researchers across the geosciences and geoengineering. Through a series of engaging short presentations, participants will share their latest discoveries, methods, and insights spanning the full spectrum of Earth Sciences and Engineering research. This free event showcases the depth and diversity of our department’s research, fostering discussion, collaboration, and connection across the broader academic community.

Attendees: 

The symposium is open to anyone interested in the Department of Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering’s research. Attendees may include current graduate students, faculty members, prospective graduate students, professors from other departments, industry partners, and others who wish to learn more about the innovative research happening within our community.
