Courtney Laidlaw

I graduated with a BA in History in 2010 and went on to complete my BAH at Queen's with a major in English and a minor in Politics. And in May 2016, I'll be graduating from the Queen's Faculty of Law.

In my History 122 class, I met one of my best friends and former roommate, Sean Torrie, who like me completed a History concentration, and who is now also in the process of completing his law degree. After being in different cities for the last few years, we'll be reunited this summer when we move to Toronto to complete our articles. In August I'll be articling with the international law firm, Baker & McKenzie LLP.

I've loved my time at Queen's and I'm sad to be leaving Kingston. I look forward to staying connected to Queen's both as an alumna and as the Reunion Coordinator for the Faculty of Law Class of 2016.
