I am a PhD student interested in studying French and British images of Port Royal, Louisbourg and Montreal created in the first half of the eighteenth century under the supervision of Dr. Jeffrey McNairn. Broadly speaking my research interests include map making, visual representations of land, and the expression of empire. Outside of history, I enjoy playing softball and occasionally dusting off my painting supplies.
