As a reminder, the Office of the University Ombudsperson is independent, confidential and impartial. The Office is a resource for helping members of the Queen’s community to understand policies and procedures at Queen’s and helps to ensure procedural fairness. The Office is not a decision-maker nor an advocate for any party and can’t overturn a decision. Rather, we often refer individuals to the most relevant department within Queen’s to assist with the inquiry.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the Office is operating remotely; no one is in the office. Emails are being monitored regularly, but there may be some delay in responding.
