In partnership with faculties, student leaders, and colleagues across the university, Student Affairs offers a range of diverse high-quality programs and services. They aim to enhance your university experience whether you’re looking for academic, emotional, social, cultural, spiritual, physical, or career-related support. You can browse what they offer through this resource hub.

All AMS ratified clubs and Member Society clubs must undergo AMS Event Sanctioning approval to facilitate their events. The AMS Event Planning and Approval process is to ensure that all AMS groups have support in the planning of their events, while ensuring safety of all involved. You can begin this process through their Event Form and Planning Guides.

Risk and Safety Services provides operational and strategic direction to the university on all issues related to risk management, safety and security. You can learn more about university policies, campus security services and environmental health through their numerous resources.

To find more administrative resources and forms, such as banking forms, space allocations, and ratification forms, you can check out the AMS Clubs Linktree.

AMS Clubs Policy and Constitution

Important to know as an AMS club's leader is the Clubs policy and the AMS Constitution. These guiding documents can answer many of your questions and outline important processes such as ratification, space allocation, financing and much more.
