We have a wide selection of menu options that will satisfy those with allergies and dietary needs, including food intolerances, food-related medical conditions, dietary needs related to religious or cultural observances, vegetarian and vegan diets.

The Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre does not have certified allergen-free facilities; however, we make every effort to take necessary precautions to minimize the risk of exposure. Waste Less

All non-perishable and unspoiled perishable food is donated. We redirect all unspoiled food from landfills to our neighbours in need.
