Letters of Understanding ("LoU's")
LOU re COVID-19, dated August 31, 2020: This Letter of Understanding between the University and PSAC local Units 1 and 2, and associated Memoranda of Agreement in two (2) Schedules, address modifications of the Collective Agreement in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Memoranda of Agreements ("MoA's)
From time to time, portions of the Agreement are changed by mutual agreement of the Parties through MoAs. MoAs signed after the Agreement went to print are shown below as links. Where appropriate, the online version of the Collective Agreement has been updated to reflect these MoAs.
