Sustainable Living Series: Climate Action Plan update

The next session of the series will offer insights into current and upcoming efforts to reduce the university's carbon footprint.

In the fall of 2022, Queen's released its Progress Report on the Climate Action Plan to provide an overview of the university's progress in meeting its climate goals. Nathan Splinter, Manager of Energy, Sustainability and Central Heating Plant will discuss this report during the next session of the Sustainable Living Series on Thursday, December 1, 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Participants in the online session will learn about projects Queen's has underway or in development to help reduce the university's carbon footprint, and how the university has achieved a more than 35 per cent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
