Application Process
1. Payment for Entry:
Once you have received the email offer from the DDQIC team, it will also contain details on how to make the payment to enter the next phase.
2. Access Program Content:
Once the payment is received, students with the Partial Scholarship will gain immediate access to the program content and start working through the modules ahead.
3. Compete for the Final Phase:
Demonstrate your dedication and skills to secure a spot in the third and final phase, Launch Entrepreneurship.
During the second phase of the Jim Leech Mastercard Foundation Fellowship on Entrepreneurship, 180+ students will go through an additional curated list of online entrepreneurship courses and work through the remaining steps of the Disciplined Entrepreneurship framework's workbook. At the end of this phase, the participants will pitch their ideas, competing for entry to the final phase, Launch Entrepreneurship. The most advanced and promising business ideas will become the finalists who receive the fellowship.

The program content includes all the content that students who receive a Full Scholarship for entry have access to, including a curated list of online modules, access to office hours with our team of Program Coaches or Mentors, the live workshop series, and the opportunity to compete for a place in the final phase of the program.
The Partial Scholarship payment does not guarantee entry into Launch Entrepreneurship.
The entry fee is $10 CAD designed to cover administrative costs. Details on how to pay are included in the email shared with students who have been offered this opportunity. We require participants to cover 4% of the program costs, equal to $10 CAD. DDQIC is covering 96% of the program costs.
Participants will be evaluated based on their performance in the second phase, and the quality of their final pitch submission. All students, both those with the Full Scholarship and Partial Scholarship, have the opportunity to compete for a place in the final phase.
While we understand financial constraints, at this time, we are unable to provide assistance for the entry fee.
This opportunity allows fellows a second chance to compete for a spot in the JL MCF Final Pitch Competition. To advance to the final phase of the program, participants must submit final assessments and undergo the rigorous application process alongside all applicants to get to the final launch phase.
