Visas
Participants from outside of Canada may need to apply for a visa at the Canadian Embassy, consulate, or other via-issuing offence in their country of origin. Citizens of the United States of America do not need a visa to enter Canada; however, most Mexican citizens do require a visa. Please check with the appropriate authorities about visa requirements as we are unable to provide advice on this topic. However, if you require a visa, we recommend you apply as early as possible as the timeline can be long
If you require a Letter of Invitation as part of your visa application, please email nasnfc2026@gmail.com. Letters of Invitation will only be provided if the email requesting one is sent from an email address affiliated with an institute of higher education or a recognized organization related to international higher education.
Attendance
Letters of Attendance and participation will only be sent out if you personally request one during the conference. If the emailed letter does not fulfill requirements needed by your organization for proof of attendance, please email nasnfc2026@gmail.com with the specific information needed.
