Queen's Summer Accommodation

A room block will be available in one or more of the Queen's on-campus residence, likely at Brant House and David C. Smith House. These residence are within walking distance of Biosciences Complex, where the talks and poster sessions will be held. A group code and pin will be provided in the new year for booking.

  • Rooms are booked as two-bedroom units (must book both units), priced at ~CA$145/night per two-bedroom unit after tax and the destination marketing fee.
  • Each two-bedroom unit shares a private washroom.
  • Each bedroom includes: one extra-long double bed, linens and towels, desk and chair, wardrobe, mini-fridge, and flat-screen television.
  • Bedrooms include in unit climate control
  • There are lounges on each floor, which contain kitchen facilities equipped with a microwave, stove-top, fridge (kitchenware not included), televisions and social seating areas.
  • Regular housekeeping services are provided (exceptions apply to long-term stays.)
  • Safe and secure building, elevator and room access
  • 24 hour front desk services
