Abstract Submission
The abstract submission deadline is March 31st, 2026.
All abstracts are to be submitted as a Microsoft Word (.DOCX) file, and should be prepared by following the abstract formatting requirements listed below. A template can be downloaded using the button below to make it easier to follow the formatting requirements. Prior to submitting your abstract, please name the file according to the following convention: firstname_lastname.docx
While most oral presentations will be from in-person attendees, virtual attendees may also submit abstracts for consideration as up to one talk per session may be given virtually (although a virtual talk will not necessarily be selected for all sessions). There will not be an option for virtual poster presentations.
