Athletics and Recreation
  • Offers students use of state-of-the-art facilities at the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC),
  • Facilitates intramural sports, fitness and wellness programs, personal training and more,
  • Hosts Queen's and community sports events,
  • Home of the Q-Shop, for your exclusive Gaels merchandise (located in the ARC),

Four Directions Indigenous Student Centre

  • Supplies support for individual Indigenous Students in balancing their academic, spiritual, physical, and emotional needs,
  • Enhances the development and well-being of the Queen's University Indigenous Community.


Information Technology Services (ITS)
  • Coordinates internet access on campus (including residences),
  • Maintains Queen’s email program,
  • Provides IT support for students, including questions about NetIDs and passwords.


Office of the University Registrar Student Awards
  • Houses information about:
    • Government student financial assistance (OSAP),
    • Scholarships,
    • Bursaries,
    • Awards and,
    • Financial advising.

  • Specializes in:
    • Tuition fees,
    • Registration,
    • Student Card,
    • Exams,
    • Course timetable,

    • Course evaluation,

Queen's University International Centre (QUIC)
  • Support and programming for international students and students seeking an internationally informed and cross-culturally sensitive learning environment,
  • Works with all members of the Queen's community interested in study, work or travel abroad opportunities.


Residence and Housing Office
  • Coordinates residence and residence life opportunities for all Queen’s students, domestic and international, first-year, upper-year, and graduate.


Student Academic Success Services (SASS)
  • Helps students improve their writing and academic skills and confidence,
  • Offers online resources, workshops and individual appointments for strong and struggling students in any faculty, in any year. SASS is located on Stauffer Library's ground floor at the north end.


Student Experience Office
  • Runs programs and services to support student transition, community engagement, and leadership,
  • Programming includes University Orientation, Summer Orientation to Academics and Resources (SOAR), BISC transition support, and Existere.
