  • Manages food operations on campus, including three dining halls, retail food locations, and supporting students with food allergies and dietary needs


Four Directions Indigenous Student Centre

  • Supplies support for individual Indigenous students in balancing their academic, spiritual, physical, and emotional needs
  • Enhances the development and wellbeing of the Queen's University Indigenous Community


Information Technology Services (ITS)
  • Coordinates internet access on campus (including residences)
  • Maintains Queen’s email program
  • Provides IT support for students, including questions about NetIDs and passwords


Off-Campus Housing

Community Housing

  • Manages the student rental properties owned by Queen’s University, including An Clachan and John Orr Tower apartment complexes located at west campus, and a variety of apartments and houses in the University District
  • Additionally, Community Housing operates an Accommodations Listing Service where external landlords can post rental listings for student units


Off-Campus Living Advisor

  •  Provides students with confidential guidance, resources, and support for finding off-campus housing, understanding tenant rights and responsibilities, navigating lease agreements, and for preparation for a smooth moving in/out

Queen's University International Centre (QUIC)
  • Provides support and programming for international students and students seeking an internationally informed and cross-culturally sensitive learning environment
  • Works with all members of the Queen's community interested in study, work, or travel abroad opportunities


Residence Life and Services
  • Coordinates Residence and Residence Life programming opportunities for all domestic and international Queen's students, in first-year, full-time, on-campus degree programs


Student Academic Success Services (SASS)
  • Helps students improve their writing and academic skills and confidence
  • Offers online resources, workshops, and individual appointments for strong and struggling students in any faculty, in any year. SASS is located on Stauffer Library's ground floor at the north end


Student Experience Office
  • Offers programs and services to support student transition, community engagement, and leadership
  • Runs First-Year Foundation programming that starts in the summer and gives incoming first-year students online and in-person opportunities to build community, get answers to questions, and find their path to success


Support Services & Community Engagement
  • Assists students in navigating resources and support on campus
  • Helps students with conflict resolution and finding solutions to problems
Student Wellness Services
  • Delivers medical and mental health services, disability accommodation services, and health promotion outreach and programming


Undergraduate Admission and Recruitment
  • Responsible for matters concerning:
    • Student recruitment and admission for first-entry programs
    • International exchanges
    • Bader College
    • Upper-year transfers
    • Part-time admission


Yellow House Student Centre for Equity and Inclusion
  • Provides a comfortable and accountable space for students who identify as Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and/or as People of Colour (QTBIPoC) to feel safe, to create community, to be empowered, to celebrate their identity, and to flourish
  • Offers programs, resources, and supports, and engages students in initiatives that actively dismantle oppressive, racist, and colonial ideologies and practices
