Queen's Philosophy member Jacalyn Duffin, Professor and Hannah Chair of the History of Medicine, has received the Order of Canada, one of Canada's highest civilian honours, for her leadership as an academic and mentor in the field of medical history. Congratulations, Jackie! 

Jackie is already a fellow of both the Royal Society of Canada and the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences. In May 2019, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award of the AAHM (from historians) and was inducted into the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame (from physicians).
