The Contracts and Agreements team provides legal guidance for research and partnership-related activities.
They assist with contracts, intellectual property advice, risk management, protection of data and materials and other legal aspects of collaborative partnerships and research engagements.

Industry-sponsored contracts and agreements
Health sciences contracts and agreements
Natural sciences and engineering funding, including NSERC and other Canadian federal; VPR internal funding
