Accessible Seating

The Isabel is a fully accessible building and the performing spaces at the centre offer accessible seating options for our patrons. Accessible seating can be purchased online or booked by contacting the Box Office at 613-533-2424.

Support Persons
The Isabel welcomes patrons with disabilities and their Support Person. All patrons, including those acting as a Support Person, are required to hold a valid ticket. In order to assist patrons who require a Support Person, the Isabel is proud to partner with the Access 2 Program which, among other benefits, provides free admission to Isabel season events for one Support Person accompanying a person with a permanent disability who is a valid Access 2 cardholder. Subject to availability, we offer companion seating, allowing the Support Person to sit next to or in very close proximity to a patron requiring accessible seating. Please be prepared to show proof of a valid Access 2 Card when purchasing tickets, picking up tickets from the Isabel Box Office, or when entering the event. Tickets must be purchased by the Access 2 cardholder. Both the cardholder and Support Person must attend the event together.

Any persons with a permanent disability who require a Support Person when attending the Isabel is eligible for the Access 2 Card if they meet certain minimal criteria. For information about the program, patrons may go to the Access 2 Program website located at http://www.access2card.ca/.

Service Dogs
Certified service dogs are welcomed at the Isabel. We recommend Row O to help accommodate both patron and animal to sit comfortably, providing space and easy access.
