Researcher Portal Sign On

 Access Denied Login Issue

Please note that some users are experiencing an “Access Denied” message when trying to log on to the Researcher Portal. 

This is caused by a conflict between the Queen's email in your profile and the NetID email used to verify your account. If you are experiencing this issue please contact our helpdesk to have your profile manually updated.

We apologise for the inconvenience.


Holiday Closure

Research Services, including the TRAQ Helpdesk and Research Legal Services, will be closed from Tuesday, December 24, 2024 until Thursday, January 2, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: VPN is not required to access TRAQ. Doing so may cause compatibility issues.

Sign onto TRAQ Researcher Portal through MyQueensU

You can also access the TRAQ Researcher Portal through the MyQueensU/Solus page at queensu.ca  by following the steps below.

  • Click Sign-in (top right corner)
  • Click on MyQueensU/Solus under the heading University Wide
  • Scroll down to Research Applications
  • Select TRAQ Researcher Portal
  • Enter your Queen's net id and password when prompted
  • Your TRAQ Researcher Portal will open
