Resources for clubs that serve QTBIPoC communities.

Equity based student clubs can request to space at both Yellow House locations for club events and meeting space. Space bookings are free and can be requested by emailing yellowhouse@queensu.ca.

Grants & Funding

Robert Sutherland Visitorship (Queen's). Funding for visiting scholars to enable dialogue and inspire action around race-related, equity and justice issues in order to shape our citizens of tomorrow.

Black History Month Grant (Queen's AMS). For Black student groups on campus and for Black History Month programming and events.
Various value amounts.

AMS Equity Grants (Queen's AMS). For student organisations engaged in community outreach, educational campaigns, and awareness raising projects to promote the fostering of an anti-oppressive and safe environment in the Queen’s community.
Various value amounts. Application deadline in mid-November. Unlimited available.

ORT Equity Grant (Queen's AMS)For Queen’s faculties and Orientation Planning groups during Orientation Week to mitigate any financial barriers faced when developing their respective budgets.

ASUS Equity Grant (Queen's ASUS). For undergraduate students in the Arts and Science Faculty who are seeking extra support for their contributions, initiatives, advocacy work, and/or equity labour related to anti-oppression and social justice work.
Various value amounts. Application deadline in late March. Unlimited available.
