Research interests: Psychoanalysis, trans studies, trauma theory, queer theory, feminist theory, literary criticism, and post-colonial theory in the context of social justice and creative emancipation.
Christopher is currently in the 5th year of the PhD program in Gender Studies. They completed a BAH in Health Studies and MA in Gender Studies at Queen's. Their current work focuses on the intersections of social justice activism and Lacanian Psychoanalysis with a specific focus on trans cultural production and theories of love. They also work as a writing consultant for the university's Writing Centre. Non-academic time is dedicated to music, video games, and getting through.
