This hands-on session connects the benefits of physical fitness with mental wellbeing in a practical way, and will focus on foundational strength training movements while highlighting how physical activity supports mental health, focus, mood, and stress regulation. Colin will guide participants through key movement patterns, discuss proper technique, and explain how strength training can be adapted for different bodies, goals, and comfort levels.
