Employee and Family Assistance Program
Our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider offers confidential, professional, and personalized wellness services that are available to employees and family members, 24/7. Services range from counselling, assessments, toolkits, videos, podcasts, and more. Visit the Health and Wellness page to learn more.
Childcare Support Plan
The Childcare Support Plan provides reimbursement for eligible daycare expenses to Queen's employees dependent children under the age of seven attending a childcare facility. In addition, specific plans provide reimbursement for eligible expenses for dependent children between the ages of seven and up to the end of the month in which they turn 12.
Tuition Assistance Program
The Tuition Assistance Program is designed to support employees in the pursuit of their professional development and educational goals. Funds available through the program offer an annually renewable non-taxable benefit and support undergraduate and graduate studies at Queen’s or other institutions.
University Pension Plan
University Pension Plan (UPP) is a new jointly sponsored pension plan and the first of its kind in Ontario’s university sector. Learn more about the plan by visiting the UPP website.
