2024 Health Policy Symposium

Dr. Duncan G. Sinclair Lectureship in Health Services and Policy Research

The focus of this year's symposium is on primary care; exploring the perspectives of health providers and the broader community.  We will be hosting 2 panel discussions with ample opportunities for participant engagement:

Panel 1: Experience of Frontline Care Providers
Moderator: Dr. Jane Philpott, Dean, Queen's Health Sciences

Panel 2: Primary Care for a Healthy Community
Moderator: Dr. David Walker, Professor, Department of Emergency Medicine and School of Policy Studies

The symposium will be followed by the annual Sinclair Lecture, Supporting Primary Care Transformation through Health Services and Policy Research delivered this year by Dr. Rick Glazier, Scientific Director of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research - Institute of Health Services and Policy Research (CIHR-IHSPR).
