I want to study...World Language Studies

World Language Studies is only available as a Minor Plan.  Therefore, you must choose a Major Plan to accompany it. 

To pursue a Plan in LANG, in first year you should take:

Languages:  At least 6.0 and up to 12.0 units in language courses (see Languages in First Year).

Any language offered at Queen’s, other than English, is acceptable. 
NOTE:  to obtain a Minor in World Language Studies, you must study at least two languages over the course of your degree, and one language must be studied at the 300-level.  Therefore, to successfully complete this Plan, you should consider choosing to study in first year one language in which you already have some experience.
