Visitor and Information Centre

Run by the Alma Mater Society and staffed by students, the Visitor and Information Centre has campus maps on hand, as well as literature about Queen’s and Kingston, including Kingston bus schedules, and 1000 Islands Cruise schedules.

Note: Queen's Performing Arts Box Office is also located in the Visitor and Information Centre.

At the main Union Street entrance of the John Deutsch University Centre
(locate the JDUC on the campus map)

Regular Hours of Operation
  • Seven days a week - 9 am to midnight
  • Also open through some holidays, including Thanksgiving, Easter, and Family Day. Please call ahead to confirm.
Summer Hours of Operation
(May 1 through August 31)
  • Monday to Friday – 9 am to 5 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday – 10 am to 4 pm
