Student Wellness Services (SWS) is committed to supporting the health and wellness of our students. While life at university is exciting and filled with new experiences, it can also be overwhelming. It is common for students to experience feelings of distress.
Stress, anxiety, low mood and depression all have an impact on one's ability to deal with day to day activities and basic decision making. SWS offers training and education programs designed to provide staff, faculty, and students with the skills and resources they need to identify and respond to students in distress and provide meaningful support.
