Social Analytics

Social analytics provides insights how your social channels perform, such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok. We can measure and analyze social performance on a profile and a post level. On the profile level, we want to understand our audiences and their interactions with our profiles. On the post level, we want to learn how individual content performs, for example, a post, a tweet, a story or a reel.

The social channels provide different metrics. In contrast to web analytics, social analytics depends on the social channels and the information they track and provide.
